Henry Schein Acquires Oak Hill Capital Partners' Remaining Interest in Butler Schein Animal Health

MELVILLE, N.Y., Jan. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Henry Schein, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSIC), the largest provider of health care products and services to office-based practitioners, and Oak Hill Capital Partners today announced that Henry Schein has acquired all of Oak Hill Capital Partners' remaining interest in Butler Schein Animal Health for $155 million in cash.  Henry Schein now owns 71.5% of Butler Schein Animal Health and expects this transaction to be accretive to 2012 diluted EPS by $0.02 to $0.03.
