Item 1.01 |
|
Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On October 15, 2008, Henry Schein, Inc. and ID Biomedical Corporation entered
into an amendment to the Distribution Agreement for FluLaval influenza vaccine
dated as of December 2, 2004. Such amendment, among other things, shortens the
term of the Agreement by two years to the conclusion of the 2012/2013 flu season
and reduces Henry Scheins maximum purchase commitment to 11.5 million doses per
year.
