Bergman, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Henry Schein, was honored at MedShare's fourth annual "Share the Good Gala," hosted recently by the organization's Northeast Regional Council in New York.

Mr. Bergman was recognized for spearheading Henry Schein's commitment to expand access to care globally for underserved communities and for the Company's decade-long support of MedShare.  Founded in 1998, MedShare is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health care and the environment through the efficient recovery and redistribution of surplus medical supplies and equipment to those most in need in the United States and abroad.
