MELVILLE, N.Y., May 17, 2023 – Henry Schein Medical, the U.S. medical business of Henry Schein, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSIC), today announced its presence at the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) 2023 Conference and Expo in Louisville, Kentucky, from May 17 through May 20. Visitors at Henry Schein Medical’s booth (#630) can explore Henry Schein® Brand products and supplies, learn about the Company’s ambulatory surgery center (ASC) distribution capabilities, and discover its portfolio of Micro-Tech Endoscopy gastrointestinal (GI) offerings and single-use device reprocessing solution, Provision. Henry Schein surgical solutions specialists, who exclusively serve the ASC & Oral Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) markets, will also be available to discuss customized solutions for ASCs.
Henry Schein Medical’s booth will feature its Henry Schein® Brand surgical gowns, drapes, and standard procedure pack line, which offers procedure kits for the most frequent surgeries performed within an ASC environment including general surgery; ear, nose, and throat; and orthopedics. The full line of standard packs is pre-made for ambulatory surgery procedures, containing core components needed for surgery.
Additionally, attendees can learn about Henry Schein Medical’s partnership with Micro-Tech Endoscopy, which delivers a complete line of GI endoscopic devices and accessories for an ASC’s GI suite, including forceps, snares, balloons, and more. Visitors to the booth will also have the opportunity to hear from Henry Schein surgical solutions specialists about the benefits of single-use device reprocessing through Provision, including enhanced cost savings and increased environmental stewardship, and the Company’s supply chain efficiency and distribution abilities.
