(Nasdaq: HSIC), will showcase the latest advancements in dental lab technology, host engaging panel discussions featuring industry experts, and offer educational workshops designed to elevate the success of dental labs at LMT LAB DAY 2025. Held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago from February 20 – 22, the event will also give attendees the opportunity to connect with Team Zahn – an experienced team of consultants, specialists, and industry experts dedicated to helping dental labs run more efficiently and profitably.

Product Launches and Exclusive Product Demonstrations
Featured onsite will be the launch of the Zirlux® 3D Print Resins, the latest products to enter the Zirlux Digital Portfolio. Designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, five resins are available to suit a variety of lab needs and are compatible with various 3D printers such as Asiga. Additionally, the Dental Direkt DD cubeY® HL Zirconia will be introduced during the Meeting, with a keynote by Dr. Marius Wagner. The hybrid layer zirconia with a flexural strength of > 800 MPa in the incisal area and 1050 (±150) MPa in the body area helps enable the production of restorations with large spans without compromising on aesthetics. The warm color and precise layering help ensure a natural and harmonious appearance that blends with natural teeth. Other new products onsite include exocad CAD Software, Formlabs Form 4B, Formlabs 4BL 3D Printer, Shining 3D IOS and Lab Scanner, and the Zest Removable Locators.

Attendees can explore Zahn Dental’s exclusive inkjet printing system, the Trusana1 Denture System, complete with jet printer and low viscosity resins available in all tooth and denture base shades from Myerson. This next generation of 3D printing enables dental laboratories to produce one-piece, fully monolithic dentures with esthetics and strength. The system eliminates the need for multi-step assembly and has minimal post cure processing requirements, helping to reduce labor, improve consistency, and integrate into digital workflows.
Reinforcing Zahn Dental’s continued investment into innovative solutions, additional highlighted products in the booth are the Onnulus WRAP Pro, a solution for managing unused and expired UV resin in 3D printing labs, as well as various 3D printing resins from Asiga, Dentsply Sirona, Desktop Health Formlabs, Keystone Industries, Kulzer, Pac-Dent, Whip Mix, and others.
Visitors can also explore a diverse range of cutting-edge technologies designed to optimize digital workflows. This includes hands-on experiences, with offerings like Amann Girrbach's milling machines, zirconia, and benchtop scanners. Expert-Led Education
Attendees can experience three days of CE-accredited courses for lab technicians, keynotes, and table demonstrations with more than 20 speakers covering topics such as digital dentures, 3D printing, digital workflows, and more. Sessions will highlight business strategies and cutting-edge equipment to help dental labs stay ahead of the curve. Two featured panel discussions will focus on AutoFinish dental finishing machines and digital denture workflow solutions, with presentations from labs that have successfully implemented these solutions.
