The Henry Schein, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders is a virtual stockholder meeting, conducted exclusively via a live audio webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HSIC2026.
Stockholders of record as of the record date of March 23, 2026 will be able to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting online by accessing www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HSIC2026. To join the Annual Meeting, you will need to have your 16-digit control number, which is included on your Notice of Internet Availability or on your proxy card (if you received a printed copy of the proxy materials). In the event that you do not have a control number, please contact your broker, bank, or other nominee as soon as possible and no later than May 11, 2026, so that you can be provided with a control number and gain access to the meeting. Stockholders may vote electronically and submit questions online while attending the Annual Meeting.
The live audio webcast of the Annual Meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Online access to the audio webcast will open approximately thirty minutes prior to the start of the Annual Meeting to allow time for you to log in and test the computer audio system. We encourage our stockholders to access the meeting prior to the start time.
